Acceptable website use

Visitors must act lawfully and may not disrupt systems, transmit harmful content, deceive others, or infringe protected branding, photographs, writing, or other intellectual property.

Listings and order acceptance

We prepare product information in good faith, although screens, packaging, colours, and measurements can differ reasonably. Submitting an order makes an offer; stock, address, verification, payment, mistake, fraud, or policy concerns can lead to limits, refusal, or cancellation. Checkout controls the applicable CAD amount, taxes, and authorization.

Policies and legal protections

Delivery follows the Shipping Policy. The Refund Policy accepts eligible new defective and non-defective returns and exchanges requested within 30 calendar days after receipt. Non-defective items must be unused; approved mailed returns use the free prepaid return label supplied in the parcel, there is no restocking fee, and approved refunds are initiated within 10 days.
