What are the usual delivery stages?

We generally prepare an authorized order in 1–2 business days. Carrier travel after dispatch is estimated at 4–6 business days, while checkout displays the available destination and charge.

Are change-of-mind returns allowed?

Yes, if the non-defective product is new, unused, and in original condition. Defective returns and exchanges are also accepted. Contact the store within 30 calendar days of delivery, secure approval before mailing, and review the Refund Policy.

Will the return require a fee?

A free prepaid return label comes in the package, and there is no restocking fee. Use the label after approval with the confirmed instructions, or ask for help if it is absent. An approved refund is processed and initiated to the original method within 10 days, after which provider posting may take longer.
